(both lenders and equity funders) require a comprehensive,
well-written and informative Business Proposal. Because most
business proposals are poorly done they fail to raise capital

raising on behalf of our clients are of a very high quality –
thus shortening the time it takes for investors to make an
investment decision.
Before approaching investors to raise capital for our clients,
we put a lot of effort in structuring the Business Case and
Financial Model to ensure an appropriate Financing Plan for the
project/transaction.

ourselves up to date about the investment mandates and criteria
of most investors and lenders. Thus we know exactly which
