When deciding whether or not to invest in a project, investors (both lenders and equity funders) require a comprehensive, well-written and informative Business Proposal. Because most business proposals are poorly done they fail to raise capital from investors. At Baloyi BridgeFin Consulting we take pride in the quality of our work and therefore insist on ensuring that the Business Proposals that we submit to investors for capital raising on behalf of our clients are of a very high quality – thus shortening the time it takes for investors to make an investment decision.

Before approaching investors to raise capital for our clients, we put a lot of effort in structuring the Business Case and Financial Model to ensure an appropriate Financing Plan for the project/transaction.

Because of our Strategic Partnerships with investors, we keep ourselves up to date about the investment mandates and criteria of most investors and lenders. Thus we know exactly which investors/lenders to talk to on behalf of our clients.
