including Banks; Private Equity Fund Managers; Development
Finance Institutions; and Investment Promotion Centres
in the SADC region.
We also have established alliances
with Legal & Tax Practitioners, Quantity Surveyors,
Architects, Property and Tourism and Leisure Consultants, Mining
and Energy Consultants, etc.
While we do most of our business in South Africa, we operate
throughout the SADC region and some parts of West and Central
Africa through Joint Ventures with local consulting firms.
Our team has extensive Project Finance
transaction experience in the following infrastructure sectors:
- Roads, Transportation, Telecoms and ICT;
- Mining and Energy;
- Water and Sanitation;
- Manufacturing and Construction;
- Property (Housing, Shopping Centres, Offices, and
Hotel and Leisure); and
- Healthcare and Education infrastructure.
We are able to structure and raise all types
of financing instruments for projects i.e. Equity, Quasi-equity,
Debt and Mezzanine Debt – including Build Operate Transfer (BOT)
and PPP arrangements.
