Once a project is considered viable through our Project Development activities we are then able
to assist our clients raise capital. We approach financiers
and investors to raise capital for projects on behalf of our
clients and facilitate all the capital raising discussions
on their behalf.
Because of our strong partnerships
with financiers and investors, we keep up to date with their
investment mandates, thresholds, criteria and terms and
conditions. Thus we know exactly which financiers and
investors to approach on behalf of our clients to raise
capital.
Once finance for the project has been approved
by financiers and / or investors we assist our clients with
organising, drafting and negotiation and execution of the
term sheets, security package and loan and legal
documentation. Project financing requires a long list of
project documents and contractual arrangements to be
concluded before financiers and investors can commit and
disburse the approved funds. Our team is well-versed with
all aspects of transaction negotiation and financial
closure, thus we are able to assist our clients not only
with capital raising but also to ensure they meet the terms
and conditions for the disbursement of funds to the project.
